Caesar Creek State Park in southwestern Ohio is anchored by Caesar Creek Lake, a nearly 8000 acre man-made watershed created in the early 1970s by damming a wonderful smallmouth bass stream, Caesar Creek. The wife and I have been kayaking there for many years, me typically fishing (and catching largemouth bass, crappie, even a small muskie!) while the wife paddles around gawking at the plentiful birds and turtles. Occasionally, I will drop my rod long enough to snap a picture or two, and that’s what you will find here.
