Hey China, if you truly want to be regarded as a big-time player on the world stage, you need to manufacture then put on a pair of big boy pants. If diminutive (5’5″) Nancy Pelosi riles you up to the point of distraction — with live-fire drills aimed toward Taiwanese and Japanese coasts — perhaps you aren’t mature enough nor ready to assume any world leadership roles. And, as for your “serious consequences” rhetoric (a threat rendered toward the U.S. before Pelosi’s visit), be careful what you ask for.
