When I was teaching, I filled my classroom with lots of stimuli: posters, pictures, student works, weird stuff, and quotations. Some of these quotes were famous and philosophical (think Thoreau, Emerson, Dr. King, Gandhi), others were sublime, others were — well, my own. I won’t bore you with the famous ones, but I will bore you with the strange and my own. Enjoy!
